Deep Dive: Chakras

This workshop is available by video recording of a live session that took place in October 2021.

The 7 chakras are energy centers in the body that house our spiritual abilities. When chakras are clear and balanced, we feel healthy, able to flow with life, and empowered to create. But when our energy becomes blocked, we feel ill, upset, stressed or disempowered.

In this three-hour intensive workshop, we’ll take a journey through each of the chakras, explore their gifts, and release blockages. We’ll activate a healthy flow of energy so you can enjoy greater well being and empowerment in your life.

This workshop is for graduates of Meditation For Living or Awakening Empath, and beyond.
