Gather with Lauren and like-minded community throughout the holiday season. Use your energy management tools and healing skills to create your experience of the season and the year ahead, while you support others in doing the same.
We’ll begin this series with conscious intention of the 2021 holiday season. We’ll end with releasing the old year and opening to the new. Along the way, we’ll break patterns, maintain spiritual perspective, and explore the opportunities of this sacred time.
